What's New in VideoCharge 3.1
VideoCharge 3.1 includes completely refined Mpeg-1 video stream coding algorithm.
Coding parameters:
Exchaustive search mechanism for Mpeg-1 coding is included, which guarantees the exact indication of a motion vector.
Usable algorithm is also optimized to the maximum.
Besides, there is an opportunity to use "Estimate Search", which gives actually the same result as "Full Search" does,
but speeds up the coding process few times more.
An occasion to choose an output YUV data is added: standard YUV (original colour) or CCIR601 format.
Optimization:
Mpeg-1 coding mechanism was completely refined, bugs were fixed. Optimization for MMX, SSE, SSE2 was realized.
The output was increased by 700% at the average, which allows to create high-quality Mpeg-1 in a comparatively short
space of time.
