Join several video files into a single one.
VideoCharge Studio allows you to join several video files into a single output video file.
While using "Without reencoding" output format it is possible to join files with the same parameters of video and audio stream compression only.
How to join several video files into one?
There are two ways to join several video files into one: a quick way using functionality of "Preview" window or applying montage.
The quick way:
- In the "Workspace" click an output file format which you want to use to save a sequence of files.
- Add video files you want to join. Select any of them.
- All added files will be displayed in the "Preview" window. Select all files using the mouse or press Ctrl+A.
- Join all the files using the corresponding button on the toolbar.
- Press "Generation" button to create files:

Using this method it is possible to specify parameters of file join more precisely, for example, you can edit an order of joining. If you use a quick way, you can also edit joining in the "Montage" window.
- In the "Workspace" click an output file format which you want to use to save a sequence of files.
- Open the "Montage" window.
Using the corresponding button on the toolbar add files for joining:
Within the appeared window you can select files for joining using "From Local File" option or add earlier added files using "From Exist Timelines" option.
- After you click "Ok" button the "Montage" area is opened. It displays a schema of files joining.
Each video file has a position according to the order of adding. Click on a file and using drag&drop move to another position.
You can specify a time range if you want to join only a part of a file:
