The Best frame automatic search.
While creating thumbnails from a video file VideoCharge Studio allows you to set a mode of the best frame search from a specified range.
What is the best frame?
We understand "the best frame" as the most contrast image selected from a sequence of frames. Actually analyzing a frame sequence of any video file you can find out that the difference between frames is minimal. Automatic search of the best frame selects the most contrast image from a set of similar frames. That doesn't guaranty that you really get the best frame (you can select the best frame only by yourself), but for the automatic frame selection, you will get the best choice.
How to set the best frame automatic search?
In order to set automatic search, you need to open options of Image creation.
To do so, find a necessary Image in "Workspace", and make a double click on it.
Within the appeared window select "Format" tab and set "Automatic (search best frame)" option.
You also need to set "Maximum number of compared" value that defines the number of frames for comparing. The value should not be too big, otherwise you will not get a frame from the necessary fragment of video file.
Attention:
The best frame automatic search is valid only for frames which were not redefined. If you redefine frame time for any creating thumbnails in "Preview", automatic search algorithm will not be applied for it.
