Hi.. I´m starting to encode mp4 videofiles but it takes about 100 times more than other formats... for example a 4 min mp4 video at 640x480 encoded with 50% reduction to flv and a watermark takes about 1 h!!! (with an AMD Quad core -x4 core process- and 3 Gb RAM on an XP Home edition and WMM 2.2.7)

Is that normal? Do I miss something?
