video blurring no more! [message #1787]

I used to be able to blur an area on a video, but recently I can't anymore. Sad

Reason: I did all the usual steps but there was no "Properties" for me to set blurring parameters. I right-clicked on the selected to blur area to select "Properties", no "properties" window came up. The "Properties" function is not available anymore and I don't know why or what I did wrong.

I appreciate any help to solve this problem. Razz

Hi.

1) Which product do you use?

2) Be sure that your trial period isn't over.

3) Please, look at the roperties window. It should contain all properties for selected object.

1) I'm using Videocharge Studio version 2.5.1.612

2) It is a registered, not a trial copy

3) Where is and how to bring up the properties window? I right-clicked on the area selected to blur, and clicked properties but no properties window came up.
