Hi,

We have noticed when video source files above 2GB when imported into the application, video is not viewable, not editable or no actions happens. (therefore no error report on the output window)
There are lots of files above 2GB in archives which we are working on, the source files of MPEG2 Format.

To make VideoCharge work, we take the files into Adobe Premiere or other applications break them into smaller parts (apprx 700MB) and then get into VideoCharge, this is not feasible.
We have updated VideoCharge till your last update (Dec 1).

It will great if you can help us out on how to get these files encoded.

Incase you all need more info let us know.

Regards,

Hi.

Everything should works OK.
We have only one way to check it exactly -
Could you, please, upload your source video file and the config file to our FTP server. We have sent you our FTP server data by email.

Thanks.
Videocharge Team.

Hi,

I had uploaded on our ftp & mailed you the details on Dec 14, 2010. Still no revert from your side.

Kindly help us in getting the issue sorted as we have lots of files to encode.

Regards,
