Time Frame preview problems [message #1770]

I got a new laptop with Windows 7 64 bit but am having issues with videocharge on it.

The timeframe preview at the bottom that shows your video broken up into little preview clips only works with the first video I change after I boot up my computer. Then when I add new videos the time preview area is just white squares and the only way to get it back is to reboot my computer and do it all over again Sad

i been having a few problems with windows 7 with videocharge, can it really handle it?

Same thing happens when I click on split video file, just a bunch of empty white boxes and no images?
