Creating JPG Thumbnail from Videos [message #204]

I try to use the wizard to "create thumbnails for pictures and video files" for some videos I have. No matter how many or what videos I choose, the program crashes when after step "4. Please set frame options". I was able to create batch thumbnails for my videos before I upgraded to Ver. 3.4.0.21.

Any help?
