When I add a specific .wmv file I get the following output message:

"doesn't contain index information and can't be split. Use Tool menu to create indexes."

When I try and run the Tools > Update Index it is grayed out.

How do I fix this index issue?

What is different about this particular file vs all the others that were generated the same way. (maybe we did something slightly different, not sure).

Some files havn't indexes and it can't be processed.
Please, upload your file to our FTP server.
We have send this info for you by email.
We will look at the file.
