rather than not making the last file, id like to append the last file on to the previous.
suppose we split a 5min 5sec movie into 60second lengths.
we could get:
1. the first 5 minutes cut nicely into 60 second clips and lose the last 5 secs.
2. the first 5 minutes plus a 5 sec clip - worthless.
would like to get:
the first 4 clips at 60secs and the last clip is 65secs
need to be able to set what % of length is to be appended or rendered to a seperate file.
example, splitting to 60sec clips;
total length 5:05 append last 5 secs to final clip
total lenght 5:29 dont append the 29secs to the last clip, make it a seperate clip
