I want to be able to take video and process it uncompressed. I need the video to stay at its originally quality, but be broken up into 5 minute maximum clips and rename each clip. It errors every time I try. Even if it's just one clip.
I'm originally using MP4s

I have the Output file set to:
Format: Original Format File
-----Do not re-Encoding video stream
-----Do not re-Encoding audio stream
System: Keep original frame rate
---Streams will include Video+Audio

Output Files: Split Video File
Split: Type-Time, Interval-300, Unit-Seconds

This is the error message that appears.

Session is complete
Total time spent: 0:00
File(s) created - 0, Error(s) - 1, Warning(s) - 0

What am I doing wrong?

Hi.

Could you, please, scroll down output window and send us the description of the error.

Thanks.

The entire error message reads:
______________________________________________________
Session started at: 9/22/2011 10:03:13 AM

Executing config: \\...\WedFlik Rename.vsc
Can’t find required output format. Set output format manually.
Decoding file: C:\...\Ross & Ashley Garbett 8-6-11\C1\VID00001.MP4

Session is complete
Total time spent: 0:00
File(s) created - 0, Error(s) - 1, Warning(s) - 0
-----------------------------------------------------
I changed the output format to MP4 and after attempting to process, the program freezes up. Every time, no matter how many videos are being processed.

"VideoCharge Studio has stopped working

I'm not sure I know how to ftp.
I went into my internet browser and put ftp://88.214.242.168
Then input the login and password. There was a list of folders, but no option to upload.

Hi.

You should add FTP connection into any FTP client or Far, TotalCommander etc.
If you havn't it, please use some service like sendspace.com for uploading your video file for us.

Many thanks.

There was no option "Without Recompression" I did select the option "Without Re-encoding(fast)".

I got this error message:
".....
Decoding file: C:\Users\Birch\Desktop\WedFlik\Eric & Katie Shaw 8-13-11\C1\VID00069.MP4
of the file 'MSN' can't be processed in "Without Re-Comression" mode.

Hi.

Yes, Videocharge doesn't support processing for this format yet.
We will add it soon.
