I installed VideoCharge this morning. Under my login I have a 20 day trial. When someone else logs into the computer and launch's the program it says the Evaluation Period has expired.

Please help.

Do you have admin rights on the PC?
Are you sure that you didn't install Videocharge before?

Please, try to install Watermark Master.
Is everything works OK?
