I am using Videocharge Pro and on my pc using windows 7 I am getting this error when trying to produce JPG grabs off VOB files.

No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection

I have no problems doing this on my XP system, I have downloaded K-lite codec and still get this error.

Any idea what I could do to fix this.
