Im converting VOB to WMV ( 400 KB Bitrate) using codec win media 9
However alot of my outputs have squre boxes, espeically on fast movies pictures such as songs / fight scene, racing car etc.
How can i make the picture soooth without having squares appear? whats the best codec to use to make streamable quality files (wmv output) ?

We use WMVSDK when coding video into WMV format. Since this format is closed it's hard to give an exact answer with 100%-certainty.
We recommend you to write a letter to support@videocharge.com, attach the config (.vcc) file that you use and upload your input (.vob) file to our server:

In case of your input file is too large, please write to us and we'll provide you with a special application that will help you to cut off a part of your video.
After that we'll try to help you.

The codec is being installed with VideoCharge at once, it's included in VideoCharge installation file.
