im converting xvid 640x352 to WMV v8 Best quality option (I do pick audio+video option)
audio does not convert and when i check the audio properties of xvid file it says unknown format audio(#8192)
all the other programs recognize it
its a regular wav file, i even extracted it and i worked fine. whats wrong?

Please write about this issue to support@videocharge.com and attach your problematic file to the letter. If the file is too bulky (more than 4-5 mb), please just write a letter and you'll be given an FTP address to upload the file.
