I've tried several times to process a file, and it looks like it completes successfully. But then when I check the specified destination, there's nothing there. It's not in the source location either.
I've tried both AVI -> MOV and AVI -> AVI. Both appear to work (I get the processing completed prompt), but I can't find the resulting file. I've scoured my hard drive, but it's nowhere to be found. Has anyone seen this???

Okay, I got it to work by simplifying the path. For some reason, it won't save the videos to my desktop or, apparently, anywhere under Documents and Settings. If I choose C:/videos, it's all good.
