Ok i don't know where to start, should i start from the realy poor service or the "in my opinion" poor software!

Ok i add a movie file to watermark master and everything runs nice as soon as i add a watermark image to the program it automaticly comes up an error and the program closes, wtf...sorry for my language but this is un-acceptable!! i have managed to add the movie and as soon as i click to add the image i quickly press crtl+F5 and i manage to bypass the error and start the process of saving, now when it got to 25% completed i noticed that the file i was producing was 13GB i say again: 13GBs long.

the file i was trying to image watermark is 300MB long so how come i need 30GBs free HD space for the conversion "En-coding"??

will it stay that big or will it be normall when it finishs? if so why isn't this massioned in the software information before people buy the software?

i am really angry with this , not very pleasent you know! i really hope you do contact me soon.

1 - What is your input format?
2 - What is your output format?
3 - Could you, please, send us your image watermark?
4 - Does error occur without adding watermark?

4. no the error does not come up when i have not add a image watermark, only when anykind of image is added!

and what about the output size? do i really need 30GBs to add watermark on a 300MB movie?

You create uncompressed RGB file.
Please, set any video codec you need.

hmmm, sorry but what do you mean by set? what is wrong?
all i do is add an image that watermark master says that supports but it craches.

i dont think i understand what you want me to do! could you please explain it step by step i would very much like it!

Hi.

1 - For set any codec you should go to Profile Properties (F4), Video section -> codec

2 - Does error occur if add image with another format, for example, .bmp?

3 - We can't reproduce the problem. Could you, please, send us the screenshot.

1. i have changed the codec and still doesnt work!

2. yes any kind of image .type "bmp, jpeg, ect... "

3. yes have a look! i can also copy and paste the error that windows is giving me! *see below!

Ok i have tried everything, un-installed, Registery cleanned & re-installed both 2.0.7 and 2.0.10 and the problem still there, the exact same error i just wonder why it only appears when i add any kind of image to the program!

I just give up!

1 - We still can't reptoduce your bug Sad

Looks like it is some system erorr.

2 - Could you, please, provide us your step by step actions?

3 - Could you, please, try to use some shot path to your source file? Something like C:\test\ not C:\Document and Settings\...

4 - Could you, please, try add same image to same video in Videocharge?
