Ok, when I try to add a watermark, I get this error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime error!
Program: ..../Videocharge/Videocharge.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information.

I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, tried to remove all registry entries, still it gives me this error.

I have XP Pro installed.

What do I do?

What kind of watermark (text or image) did you try to add?
What exactly version of VideoCharge do you use?
We recommend you to download and install v.3.6 beta.

P.S. We'd also been trying to reply to your e-mail but an error message was sent back every time.

I downloaded the one from the page you linked to. It installed version 3.6.

I got this IE error:
VideoCharge Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

All I did was select FRAME after inputting a video. I check WATERMARK. I click the button to the right of it. And I receive that error.

My email works.. Hmm.. but you can post it here.
