Ok so i am trying to split multiple video files into scenes.

And before it start to encode every scene it stays at 0%
for more than 30 minutes.(with 100% cpu usage)

and after that 30 minutes it starts to encode scene 1.
When the scene finish the same thing happens with scene 2.

So it takes more than 3 hours to encode 3 scenes from a .avi file. on AMD 3200+.

It encodes the file FAST but this first waiting is killing the work process Sad
Why is that ? what's wrong ?

Just forgot to say
that even if you cancel the operation it takes more than 30min to cancel it too .. Sad

Ok
after the test i found out that the problem comes from the AUDIO INTERLEAVE.
When this is on it tooks alot of time to start the encode
