Hello VideoCharge,

It would be great if you could add . . .
MPEG4 movie files
SoftImage .pic files

to your list of exportable and acceptable files to use within VideoCharge.

Thank you very much and have a nice day!!!

Decoding of MPEG-4 movies is already supported in VideoCharge Pro, VideoCharge Full and Watermark Master. We'll consider your suggestion as for adding ability to encode files into MPEG-4 format as well as SoftImage support. Most probably that will be done in one of the next releases.

If it doesn't work, please state the fact of the matter. What namely doesn't work: the program crashes, the output file is not being created, etc? Supply us with more detailed information, please.

The program crashes the moment you attempt to run the configuration that you have set up.

Also these options do not work under the .MOV setting

Video Codec
Sorenson Video(TM)
JPEG 2000 Encoder
H.264 Encoder
None

Audio Codec
Qualcomm PureVoice

And these options do not work under the .WMA setting

Video Codec
Windows Media Video 9 Image v2

Audio Codec
Windows Media Audio 9.1 Professional

All these settings crash the program when you attemp to run the configuration.

Thank you for the information!

We'll examine the issues and try to fix them in the next version of VideoCharge.
