I have been using my watermark master for several months. I use the wizard exclusively for its ease. Last night I tried to open the program as usual and when I clicked on wizard I got an error message that said Watermark master has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have tried everyway to access wizard and get the same message. I can use other functions but this is the one I need. I even called Microsoft in case it was a windows problem but it was not. Any help or suggestion. Thank youJames

1) What version do you use? Please download latest version from our site.

2) Please, send us the screen-shot of the error.

I use ver 2.2.6.0 and here's a silly question. How do I take a screen shot. Also how much is it to download the latest version.

Hi.

All our updates are free.
Please, download latest version and install it.

For creating screen-shot you should press PrintScreen button on you keyboard, run any Editor for Images (even Microsoft Paint).
Create new image and insert screen-shot from the buffer.
After that please save it to your HDD and send to us.
