Keep hierarchy option not working [message #1345]

Hi!
Currently I am using Watermark Master 2.2.14 for watermarking images.

My problem is that I am unable to create the original hierarchy as of the input folder. In the options, I ensured that Keep hierarchy is checked but still all images are placed in a single folder.

Please help.

There is bug in our product indeed.
We will fix it by our next version.

Now we suggest you to set Jpeg output format (not "No change original format" option)

I didn;t understand why you are asking me not to use, "No change original format" option. Is there any reason?

The error happened because this option.
