Iam trying to resize some videos, but the problem is that in third part, i get only one option in output format, which is
"without re-compression"

where is the problem? I know there should be more options.

What version of VideoCharge do you use? Most likely that you use VideoCharge Express which actually has only "Without re-compression" output format. If you need more formats to be available, please use VideoCharge Basic, VideoCharge Pro or VideoCharge Full.
