Runtime error [message #1004]

I'm trying to convert a MOV file to FLV. I have done this many times in the past without problem. However, I installed the latest version of VideoCharge yesterday, and now get the following error at about the 50% mark in the conversion:

Runtime error!

Program... ../VideoCharge.exe

This program has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this? I'm using VideoCharge Pro, Windows XP Pro.
