Hello,
I've noticed a little bug using VideoCharge for a long time. Lemme introduce the scenario. I had several directories with several clips into every directory. I had to extract a singular frame from every clip. After 10-15 operations VideoCharge interface goes mad. Buttons aren't clickable, one button appears in the top right corner. Have you already noticed this bug? Is it possible fixing it in the next VideoCharge version?

Thank You
Best Regards
Simon

We have not been informed of that issue before. Could you please make a screenshot of the interface at the moment of mess and send it to support@videocharge.com ? Also please describe in more detail the sequence of actions that precede appearance of the mess.

Ok. We'll try to reproduce the issue on our machines and fix it. Meanwhile you may try to perform extraction of frames without Wizard. For that (according to the instructions you sent us):
  1. Open VideoCharge
  2. Click "Add Files" button and select files to be added
  3. Go to the "Output" tab and select "PNG, Portable Network Graphics" output format
  4. At the Output -> Common tab specify Destination Folder parameter (and File Name Pattern, if necessary)
  5. Go to the Output -> Picture tab. Here specify "Frame for thumbnail" parameter.
  6. That's all. Save the config file just in case (File -> Save Config or simply Ctrl+S) and click "Run" button.
Now to perform extraction one more time, you'll need only to load the config file, remove old files, add new files and click "Run".
