hi,
I have recently purchased videocharge for professionals to split videos into images. I get error in loading the config file" could not open videocharge config" and also in using the grabber option in the wizard, I cannot split the video. what would be solution for this?

Incorrect installation must be the cause in this case. We recommend you to
  1. Download VideoCharge v.3.5.10
  2. Uninstall VideoCharge
  3. Manually remove all files from C:\Program Files\VideoCharge Software folder (or make sure that it's empty)
  4. Reinstall VideoCharge
If this doesn't help, please write to support@videocharge.com about the problem.
