hi there,

loved you software, i'm a registered user of videochargeStudio.

Convert many videos without any problems... But now i got a nice one.

I recevied videos directly from my providers (Over 2Tg of content in mp4 format), when converting them into wmv format (my master video that i'll use for many things)... when starting the batch, it's simply do nothing... stickin at 0%.

I was thinking about a codec problem so here it come (from mediaInfo software), here the exported file of my video (see attachment).

Hope you can fix this so i can convert thoses files ASAP.

using VideoChargeStudio 2.11.6.680

strangly, it works now...

- I create a brand new profile from scratch. didnt work.
- I reboot my computer and tryied with new profile... work

Strangly, cause i use always the same profile since my begining and didn't have any problem. Is profile are compatible from one version to a newer one?

Also, i notice that, sometime, it takes longer time to convert than another to the same output format... is this caused by the codec in the mp4 ?
