Hi!
Are there any known issues with the new (4/12 release) videocharge studio working with Windows 7 or Quad-core processors?
I am using xp on a quad-core and its not working since xp does not look for the other core it seems... so the single core gets stressed and crashes..
Is there a way to modify xp, the machine or do I need to upgrade to 7 or...?
Files get about 30% and then computer crash.

Hi.
Could you, please, upload your source video file and the config file to our FTP server (we have sent you this info by email).
Thanks.
Videocharge Team.
