Hi,

Just recently purchased VC Full and im having a problem with getting mpg1 clips to stream on the web with Internet Explorer & Media Player. The clip plays fine locally from my HD and even downloads fine from the site. Whenever anyone tries to stream it in IE/Media Player (tried many different versions from friends), it plays a small portion of the clip, not the whole clip. They even play fine on QT. Just seems to be a problem with IE and Media Player.

The source file is a mpg1 and im just trying to re-encode it using a lower bitrate..nothing else. Ive tried numerous different encoding settings, video, audio, etc. Nothing seems to work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

What exactly version of VideoCharge do you use? Problem of such a kind was fixed in one of the latest versions, and so we recommend you to download and install v.3.7.5.15. If the problem remains, please wrtie about it to support@videocharge.com
