Hello dear creators of the program!
Use your software in free mode a small time.
There is one problem Sad
On the Windows Server 2008 - do not display correctly a votermark in the program.

Abnormal color scheme of the text.
I would remind - OS Windows Server 2008

On a home computer is okay.

You have 16-bit resolution in your monitor.
Everything will be OK in the output video.

There is another problem:

This setting is not working properly.
Original frame rate (29.970 fps or another) is changed to 25.00 fps.
I tested it on WMV-fieles.

Can you fix all it problems?

We will do it soon.

2) About the problem with 25.00 fps.
Could you, please, upload your source video file, output file and the config-file to our FTP server?

"sampl 25fps.rar" is sent.
I used a standard wmv file. It's always changing to 25 fps (setting is to keep the original).

Hi, Adel89.

Videocharge Studio can't denerminate framerate of source WMV video files because WMV format has unfixed framerate.
In any case if you need 29 fps you should set this value in the output setting directly.

Hello!
I understand you.
But the definition of the original frame rate is necessary for me and for comfortable use the VideoCharge Studio.
I do loading in the program a lot of files (usualy 30 to 100 fieles) which different frame rates. And I need the outgoing files which original file parameters and original frame rates.
I can't sort video files by frame rate Sad

The standard software "Mediainfo" that comes with K-Lite Codec Pack always shows the correct the frame rates of all video files.

Can You use any features from that popular codec pack?

Hi.

Videocharge Studio uses WMSDK by Microsoft for processing WMV files. It hasn't ability to determinate framerate for input files.

Yes, there are several foreign libraries for WMV format that have such ability (including your link).

But we prefer to use native libraries for each format.

We can't do it by Microsoft SDK.
And changing used library is a huge task that can bring many another problems and bugs Sad
