I'm having a weird issue where the bottom of the movie comes out at the top of the screen for the first 10 to 15 seconds of the movie.

Almost like the 'tracking' is off - it then corrects itself after 10-15 seconds. It's doing this for any file I convert.

//////////////////////top of window//////////////////
bottom of movie (continued from bottom of window)(line5)
------------------------------------------------------
top of movie (line 1)
movie (line 2)
movie (line 3)
movie (line 4)
///////////bottom of window, cuts off movie////////////

Please help!

Hi.

Could you, please, upload your source video file, the config file and the output video file to our FTP server (we have sent you this info by email).

Thanks.
Videocharge Team.

Hi.

It is the problem of video codecs.
You work with AVI file coded by XVID.
Videocharge use codecs installed on your system.
So, plese, update your codecs.

We reccomend also k-lite codecs pack.

Regards,
Videocharge Team.
