Hello.
A have a real problem with the sound in .flv files.
I need to send you the file with FTP. After it processing we immediately understand me problem. A config file does not matter, - the sound is bad with everything.
many, many Thanks!

I'm using VideoCharge Studio version 2.12.684 and I'm also having problems with sound in FLV files. I have attached an example FLV video file with mpga codec in stereo sound, 44.1 Hz sample rate, at 256 kb/s. The file demonstrates that with high quality audio settings, the audio is poor. I converted using all the different audio codecs and parameters, but I always get a tinny ringing noise in every FLV file conversion. VideoCharge has a vast array of features that the others do not (thumbnail generation, watermarking, and task automation, etc.), but I'm currently not able to use it because of this sound problem. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Mark

You don't support such files? You're talking FLV files right? I'm a bit curious as to why you don't support one of the most ubiquitous file formats on the web! I'm also wondering why you even requested my video file. If you don't support FLV files, then what outcome are you looking for? Seems like a waste of internet bandwidth to me.
You've heard about this problem from at least 2 people now, myself and Adel89. Perhaps you need to hear it from more people. Perhaps you want to ignore the problem and hope it goes away. Be that as it may, just know that I cannot use the current build of VideoCharge for my purposes. If you don't want to do anything, that's your choice. But I'll be choosing as well to use another software package that can perform quality audio conversion and I hope it will have better technical support.
