i sent this to support on june 14 with no results:
hi im trying to watermark mpg 2 video..when the process is finished and
i try to join the marked pieces back to the old pieces i get a audio error:
"current joiner project uses audio codec: AC3 and a sample rate: 48000,
video being added has an audio codec:MPEG and a sample rate: 48000
audio parameters must be the same when joining."
the only option for audio in your software that i see is mpeg audio
layer 1 and mpeg audio layer 2. and stero, mono, join and dual.
also before i add the watermark to the video it is stable with no playback problem
but after i add watermark the picture flickers like it has added extra blank clips to
video and audio sound is out of synk. ive tried many times with different codecs.
with same results.
my pc is about a year old with a 3.00 processor, windows xp pro, 1 gig ram.
and a 400 gb hard drive with 250 gb free....
i have you latest version 1.1.7, and every video and audio codec installed i
can find on internet.
i have also converted mpg to avi and it has same problems with video playback.
attached you will find my watermark config..and a flickering video sample.
please help, i need this software working correctly very badly.
my laptop is a hp xp media and it does the same thing with watermarked video.
please respond

We apologize for delay in replying!
As far as we can understand, you extracted a few scenes from a video file and added to them a watermark using Watermark Master, and after that joined the scenes with the rest of the original file using some other program. If so, what program did you use to join the processed and unprocessed pieces of video? And what for did you extract the pieces you needed to be watermarked? Display time can be assigned to any watermark with Watermark Master, so you can add watermarks to separate scenes without splitting a source file into parts.
Now as for playback problem. We've noticed a slight winking in the file you send us. Is this the problem that you have in view? If so, could you please upload to our server the original file you worked with? The necessary data will be sent to you via e-mail.
