Hi, I want to encode 1 minute videos using Divx Codec, there are 2 timelines of 30sec selected and the option Merge timeline is on.

However, the process always stopping at 99%, and the only way to close the program is with the task manager.

I've tried everything I can to resolve the problem, can you help me please ?

Remi

Hi.

Could you, please, upload your source video file to our FTP server?
(We have sent you our FTP info by email)

Thanks.
Videocharge Team.

Hi.

Error in program occurs because of video decoder installed on your system.
We can suggest the following steps for solving the problem:

1. Install later version of video decoder for processing your video file.
2. Try to change format, for example, save video in WMV format. Then you can perform all necessary operations on video editing, using that WMV file.
3. Make sure that all your settings are correct, configuration file contains links to Timelines within time range of your video. Set output format different from format of uncompressed video.

Regards,
Videocharge Team.
