Everytime I try to get into the advanced formating features of the text watermark, I get an "dlgs error 2".
Then if I continue without formatting and click finish, it then begins skipping files with the error:
"Could not find a decoder.
The media source doesn't contain valid video stream."
I have rebooted, unloaded the software, redownloaded the file, and reinstalled several times.
I'm out of ideas, and out of time... HELP.
I'm using the full version on a brand new Toshiba laptop, plenty above the minimums.
I'm ready to buy the softare if we can make it work. Can someone from tech support call me at 903-364-1800 or email me with a support phone number - GeronimoJoe@aol.com?
