I am having a trouble on some of my newer installations of video charge in the US. When they try and convert an AVI to an SWF file the output is 4 bytes in size and clearly not the video.

As soon as I change the file type to FLV or MPG the problem goes away, unfortunately I need to convert to SWF.

Hi.

Could you, please, upload your source video file and the config-file to our FTP server?
(we have sent you our info by email).

Thanks.
Videocharge Team.

Hi.

1) You have video file coded by Pinnacle ReelTime MJPEG (gpjm) codec.
What codecs have you installed on your PC for it?
Does standard Windows Media Player play this file OK?

2) Please, try to create FLV file. Is everything OK?

Thanks.
Videocharge Team.

If I do an FLV file it converts fine, only when trying to convert to SWF does it not work.

I will find out if the AVI plays in windows media player for you ASAP.
