hi,

i have been trying to watermark approx 20mb files and its just not working.

if i run the wizard and at the end of the wizard tell it to watermark now, it just goes staright to the editor view, rather than the next window that it would normally go to.

what's going on?

i then tried it with files that i had previously watermarked and its doing the same thing.

i even reinstalled it and zstill the same thing.

help???

i use watermark matster btw

and the files i referred to as ones that i had watermarked before are avi's

if i go to file and click run with config, run with profile or process, nothing happens.

HELP!

Big sorry for the delay.

Please, upload your source video file and the config-file to our FTP server. We have sent you this info by email.
(don't run conversion process from the wizard, set all settings and save config for it)
