Bug: Input file remains 'locked' until Videocharge is closed [message #2064]

After a source file has been used in Videocharge, the file remains 'locked' until Videocharge is closed. This occurs even after the file has been removed from Videocharge.

Kindly fix this annoying bug. Thank you.
