Support asks me to upload source video file to VC FTP server:
1) Done, source file uploaded on your FTP to new folder !AAC!. File name is Loko.MP4
Support: Please, send us your config file or say, what output setting do you need exactly.
2) We need as output the file with H263 190Kbit/sec 15fps 176x144 + AAC 40Kbit/sec mono 44100Khz.
Support: Do you use Videocharge or Videocharge Studio?
3) We are using the trial version of Videocharge v3.18.4.04
Support: Please, download and install new version from our site.
Site report about new version of Videocharge Studion, not the Videocharge were used. We're download it and trying to encode 3GP file with h263 + AAC. And it works!
But, we found an error, critical for us. If we trying to turn on the "Split Video Files" option we can't find the "Split by file size" option present in Videocharge v3.18.4.04, and then we trying to split it in available options - "Time" or "Equal parts" - program always put the whole video in first file.

For checking "whole video in first file" problem.
Hi
Pardon my english, I meant following:
1) Videocharge Full 3.18.4.04 has "split by size" option working fine, but it can't encode h263 files with AAC files.
2) The new updated Videocharge Studio, can encode h263 + AAC, but it doesn't have the "Split by file size" option and then we trying to split it in available options - "Time" or "Equal parts" - program always put the whole video in first file.
So trouble with spliting is in the new updated Videocharge Studio
