I enter my serial number & Installation Code, then check the "Auto-Activation through the Internet" check-box, then I get a "Unknown Internet Error".
Next, it tells me to visit:
http://www.videocharge.com/Products/vc/gen_ac.php
Which I do, then I enter my serial # & installation code, click "continue" and nothing happens!!! I don't get an error, I don't get redirected, the page simply does nothing when I click the button.
What should I do now?

Please write about it to support@videocharge.com and indicate your Serial Number and Installation Code in the e-mail. You'll be sent a proper Activation Key.
