I'm sorry, could you please reissue the amount I paid for the product to my credit card?

We remain that our policy regarding repayment lies in the following:
  1. Videocharge is a shareware product, it has free trial period during which one can decide if the program satisfies him.
  2. If one buys the program, but it does not work in some aspect or works incorrectly, we try to resolve this issue. In case of we can not resolve it or its solution takes too much time, we repay the money.
Besides, a customer can use our product even if we delete his serial number from our database since he still has an activation key. Therefore, if he activates the product more then once, we have good reasons to think that he will use the program after repayment.
