I have been using VideoCharge for quite some time now and was quite happy with it's functionality, options and user friendliness.

But since the last week I am facing a strange problem.

The problem is that whenever I use the Wizard to add a logo to any of the Video files, on Step#3 i.e. the Window in which we need to choose the OutPut Format, there are no Output Formats listed in the Drop Down Menu.

I've tried removing VideoCharge, reinstalling it, re-registering the files in the "Formats" folder. I even tried installing VideoCharge into a completely new folder. But nothing helped.

The Screen looks like this:

index.php?t=getfile&id=15&private=0

Please help... Crying or Very Sad

We recommend you to download VideoCharge directly from our site http://videocharge.com/download.html and reinstall it.

Consequence of Crack... What does that mean? Confused

Anyways, as you mentioned, I tried downloading it from the WebSite and installing it. But surprisingly while I was uninstalling it, I got the following errors:

When I clicked on OK, VideoCharge was removed.

After that I re-installed it and it went fine, but still I cannot see anything in the Output Selection screen!!? Crying or Very Sad

Please execute the following actions:

1. Uninstall VideoCharge (disregarding the error message)
2. Manually remove "C:\Program Files\VideoCharge Software" folder
3. Reinstall VideoCharge (downloaded from our site)
