since upgrading videocharge to 3.11.0.00 the software keeps crashing while encoding.

please post a link where i can download VideoCharge Pro version 3.8.

All we can do is to give you a link to VideoChargePro 3.10 and try to fix the issue that you currently have. Could you please upload to our server the file(s) which VideoCharge fails to convert?
