Heres a new problem for me. Ive been using your VideoCharge flawlessly for about 6 months, no issues at all. I love it! All of a sudden, with no software changes to the pc, when I use VideoCharge software to change the .avi format to .wmv (what I would normally use it for), I get the watermark, I get the audio, but no video at all. Really, nothing has changed on the pc. It worked great yesterday and before, now no video. Ive rebooted, reinstalled, etc.. still the same problem. Might anyone have some tips? Thank you for your time!
