Hello,
We having a problem with videocharge 3.6 (beta)(videocharge 3.5 same problem too). When we trying to add file(s) the program shut down with error.
Files recorded in divx 1280x720 resolution, size from ~80MB to 1GB, divx codec installed, files are not corrupted.
Computer cofiguration:
Motherboard Asus p5AD2E-Premium
Processor Pentium IV 3.8 extreme
2GB DDR2 711
Video card Asus x800xt platinum (ati x800xt chipset)
HDD WDC 10000rpm
Windows XP Proffesional SP2
Symantec antivirus 10.0.2 corporate
MacDrive 6.0
Adobe Suite
All software updates are installed.
