I purchased the Video Charge Full software online April 20th. The email confirmation did not include a valid serial number or activation code. I have emailed support numerous times and have not received an answer yet. I have even tried calling the phone number on the website and the guy who answered said that he wasn't the video charge company.

How do i get my serial number/activation key???
