I want to convert a WMV file which is encoded in CBR at 220 kbps to WMV file in MBR in say 28, 56, 128, 256 kbps. Here I want a logo or text to be overlayed while the encoding is done. Can I do that?

Of course, you can do it. VideoCharge allows to convert WMV files with different bitrates, impose logotypes. These are the main functionalities of our product.
