When i try to split .avi files into smaller wmv pieces, the program crashes instantly when i click on "run".
Some avi's cause problems, some don't. Not sure what the difference is. I have videocharge v3.4.
Is there a solution for this?

First we recommend you to update your version to the latest one (3.5) at http://videocharge.com/download.html . This version includes bug-fix for v.3.4 and most probably your bug is fixed as well.
If the update doesn't help, please write a letter to support@videocharge.com, describe your problem once more and attach the config (.vcc) file to the letter.
