Audio Synch Problem in converted WMV files [message #69]

I have some "MPG files". When these are converted in batch mode to "WMV" files there is some audio synchronization problem..what could be the reason?

First of all please make sure that you use the latest version of our product since there were a few disalignment problems in the older versions.
Secondly the reason may depend on mode that you used (Single, Multiply)... We recommend you to write to support@videocharge.com and describe your problem in detail.
