Actually I sent an e-mail to support@videocharge.com on October 2nd but haven't received a reply yet so I wanted to post the same question here as well.
We are looking for a video processing library, especially for file conversion and watermark embedding in C# (ASP.NET). While searching the Internet, we came across your website and downloaded WatermarkMaster SDK.
We have successfully added the dll's to our solution but it gives an error during creation of a profile instance. You provided a comment there stating that an exception might occur due to trial problems.
Where can we obtain a trial serial number to test this SDK before purchasing?

Hi.
We don't provide serial numbers for testing.
It is not the reason of the problem.
Could you, please, send us the description of the error?
You are to install Watermark Master SDK also on target PC.
Simple DLL copying is not enough.
Some of SDK components are COM objects and it must be registered.
